WHAT IS BAMBE?

BAMBE is Body And Mind Bliss Essentials. We formed Bambe as a wake-up call and as an invitation. Do you know every day approximately 8 million pieces of plastic pollution find their way into our oceans [1]? As a wake-up call, it warns of danger: Inaction is a self-defeating state that results in miserable mediocrity. It has greater negative impact on each and every one of us than most of us are willing to recognise or accept.

BAMBE is also our personal invitation to you to choose sustainable living every day. With each day, we are given opportunities to make conscious choices for either mediocrity or sustainable living.

Today, more than ever, every personal step counts. Every step you take make an impact. Sustainable living or nothing is the choice we face every day. Only when we learn to make a conscious choice for sustainable living will we stand a chance of winning. So let’s cherish each other and make a difference one step at a time!

WHAT ARE BAMBE’S PRODUCTS MADE OF?

Toothbrushes:

The beautiful handle of our bamboo toothbrush is 100% bio-degradable and our nylon or charcoal bristles help with removing coffee, tea, wine, food and smoking stains, leaving your teeth looking brighter and healthier.

Toothpastes:

Our bamboo charcoal tooth whitening toothpastes are infused with natural charcoal and mint flavour which will whiten your teeth, and remove plaque and stains. They are easy, non-messy and safe to use daily.

Charcoal Powders:

Our coconut charcoal tooth whitening powders are made of 100% natural activated coconut shell which will whiten your teeth, and remove plaque and stains. This highly absorbent activated charcoal penetrates and draws out stubborn stains, traps colour particles, fights bad breath and whitens teeth enamel.

Socks:

Our bamboo socks are luxuriously soft, smooth and silky as you stride through your day with feet that stay comfy and fresh. Other benefits include anti-bacterial; odour protection; moisture wicking; and highly breathable. Our socks are made of the finest bamboo fibres, the composition of which is 70% Bamboo, 27% Nylon and 3% Spandex.

Air Purifiers:

Our bamboo charcoal air-purifying bags are filled with 100% biodegradable activated bamboo charcoals, which will eliminate odours, pollutants, and allergens, and help prevent growth of bacteria, mould, and mildew. They are non-chemical, non-toxic, unscented and safe to use around children and pets. They will last up to 10 – 12 months. And when they stop working, you can put the bamboo charcoals back to the earth where they belong.

WHERE ARE BAMBE PRODUCTS MADE IN?

Our products are designed in Melbourne, Australia but made in China. The bamboo and natural ingredients used in making the toothbrush, toothpaste, charcoal powder, socks and air-purifier are sourced sustainably in China.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST

We offer free standard shipping for orders within Australia when you purchase AUD$65 or more. For orders less than AUD$65 we offer a flat rate shipping of just AUD$9.50 within Australia.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at the moment. But watch this space!

HOW DO I DISPOSE MY BAMBOO TOOTHBRUSH?

The handle of the toothbrush is 100% biodegradable so it can be placed into a compost bin or a green bin. Please remove the bristles before disposing the handle.

HOW DO I KNOW THE SOCKS WILL FIT AND WILL THESE SOCKS FIT WOMEN?

Our unisex socks are generally one size fit most. Our socks fit most male and female feet.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS FOR MY BAMBOO SOCKS?

To ensure your socks look and feel the same as the day you got them, we recommend to machine wash them at below 30 degrees.

HOW DO I USE AND DISPOSE MY BAMBOO AIR-PURIFIER?

Place BAMBE air purifying bag in shaded area where needed (e.g. bedroom, fridge, shoes, car, wardrobe, suitcase, gym bag, etc.) and the bamboo charcoal is self-activated to absorb the impurities in the air. Once a month, put outside in the sun for at least one to two hours to rejuvenate or reactivate the bag for further use. After 10-12 months of use, cut the linen bag open and pour the bamboo charcoal in your garden. The plants will love the nutrients.
