All orders will be carefully wrapped and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). After your order has been placed, picked and packed, you will receive an email notification advising you that your order has been shipped. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved. Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Currently we only deliver within Australia. We do NOT deliver Internationally.

Once your order is placed, we cannot make any item or detail changes, so please ensure your details are correct upon checkout. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at so we can assist you further.

We offer free standard shipping for orders within Australia when you purchase AUD$65 or more.

For orders less than AUD$65 we offer a flat rate shipping of just AUD$8.50.


At Bambe we take great pride in our reputation for quality, so we are happy to exchange or refund full priced goods which are received back to us in our store strictly within 10 days of delivery. Any returns that arrive back to us over the 10 days period will not be accepted. The returned goods have to be in unused condition and in original packaging to be accepted for a refund or exchange.

You can return an item to our store for a refund or exchange if you:

  • Received a damaged and/or faulty item

  • Received an incorrect item

Please notify Bambe at of your intention to return/exchange or refund items strictly within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Please note your receipt and/or tax invoice is required upon return/exchange.
